Delta Dental National Coverage
Delta Dental National Coverage is a solution to dental benefits problems for businesses with employees in multiple states. Employers can offer consistent, cost-managed benefits because Delta Dental has contracts with three out of four dentists at over 161,000 locations in America—the largest network in the industry.

Employers with 2 to 50 Eligible Employees

Pooled (Small Group) Products
A variety of products are available for organizations with 2 to 50 eligible employees.

Employers with 51 or More Eligible Employees

Fully Insured Products
These products offer the flexibility to tailor coverages to suit a group's specific needs. Products include a traditional fee-for-service plan (Delta Dental Premier®) and a dental preferred provider organization option (Deltal Dental PPO). These plans offer complete flexibility in plan design to suit the benefit needs and budget of each group.

Administrative Services Contract (ASC)/ Self Funded Plans
Delta Dental's non-pooled plans (Delta Dental Premier® and Delta Dental PPO) can be purchased as self-funded plans.

Optional Benefits for Fully Insured and ASC Plan
To Go^SM - Annual Maximum Carryover
To Go allows enrollees to carryover unused annual maximums from one year to the next - offering them more flexibility and helping them plan for more extensive and costly dental treatment in subsequent years.

Enhanced Benefits Program
Integrates the science of medical conditions with oral health. This program helps employers lower overall costs by directing preventive care where it's needed most - in addition to promoting medical cost savings.

CheckUp Plus^TM
Diagnostic and preventive services, such as check ups and cleanings do not count towards annual benefit maximums. This encourages employees to seek preventive services while leaving more dollars for major services if needed.
