Delta Dental National Coverage

With Delta Dental national coverage, employers headquartered in Iowa, with employee locations outside of the State, can offer consistent, cost-managed benefits to all their employees, no matter where they live. Employers receive one bill, one set of management reports, and one dental plan administrator.

As a member of the national Delta Dental Plans Association, Delta Dental of Iowa is part of the largest, most experienced dental benefits system in the United States.

Delta Dental member companies serve over one quarter of the estimated 159 million Americans with dental insurance, providing dental coverage to over 46 million people in more than 80,000 groups across the nation. And about three out of every four dentists in the United States has signed a Participating Agreement with Delta Dental, making this the largest network of dentists in the US.

Delta Dental Premier, a managed fee-for-service program, has a national network of contracting dentists practicing in over 161,000 office locations.

Delta Dental PPO (preferred provider option) has a national network of dentists practicing in over 86,000 locations.
