Coverage can be purchased from an authorized insurance agent or from Delta Dental

Individuals can choose from two benefit plan designs. Our Preventive Plan covers routine services like check-ups, cleanings and fillings. And our Preferred Choice Plan covers a full range of dental benefits including routine and major services.

All individual plans include a vision discount through EyeMed Vision Care, LLC.  For more details on the vision discount, please click here.
