Blueberry lime Margarita

Memorial Day is the perfect weekend to barbeque with family & friends and celebrate all the freedoms our hard working soldiers afford us.

As you consider what to drink with your burger or ribs, think of your long term health; a nutritious libation won't give you a hangover and it will keep your smile sparkling.

Frequent consumption of sugar filled drinks will demineralize and weaken tooth enamel – the first step in tooth decay. When you drink sugary beverages and eat starchy foods, you're not only feeding yourself—you're feeding the plaque that can cause problems in your mouth.

But don't despair. Here are some tasty non-alcoholic beverages that are good for you, courtesy of Eating Well! Show up with a batch of these at your barbeque and you will be the hit of the party!
