According to Gallup, 43% of business leaders report that hybrid work has had a negative impact on employee culture. Join Delta Dental of Iowa for their next Green Room on “Play, Purpose & Potential: How Culture Strengthens Teams and Boosts Business” on Wednesday, April 24 at noon CST.

Attendees at this free, virtual event will listen in as panelists discuss today’s team culture challenges and how to improve employee retention by reigniting engagement using play, purpose and potential. This session of the Green Room offers a conversation hosted by April Schmaltz, president and CEO of Delta Dental of Iowa and her guests Melissa Ness of Connectify HR and Marc Reifenrath of Spinutech. Panelists will discuss examples of successful company culture and why it should be an important focus for all businesses.
