Delta Dental of Iowa invites business leaders across the state to its next virtual Green Room event, “Leading with Purpose: Engaging Employees and Earning Customer Loyalty,” on Thursday, June 26 at 12:00 p.m. CT.
Research shows that a clearly defined purpose in business can be a powerful differentiator, when it’s fully lived out. In this free, one-hour online event, a panel of business leaders will share how their companies align their purpose to motivate employees and drive meaningful customer engagement.
This session of the Green Room will be led by April Schmaltz, president and CEO of Delta Dental of Iowa and her guests Leslie Irlbeck, COO of Metro Waste Authority and Alyssa Saunders, executive vice president at Anthologic.
