JOHNSTON, IA (February 18, 2021) – The second edition of “The Green Room,” a new conversation series hosted by Delta Dental of Iowa, will share the varied experiences of three notable Iowa executives who successfully navigated 2020 and how they are looking to the future. Iowa business leaders are invited to register for “Navigating the Changing Course” on Tuesday, March 2 at 12:00 p.m. CST. This free virtual event is designed to help attendees gain insights for managing, motivating and achieving continued success for their business and employees.

The panel discussion will be led by Jeff Russell, president and CEO, Delta Dental of Iowa. Participants include:

  • Rowena Crosbie, president and founder, Tero International, Inc.
  • Tanner Krause, chief executive officer, Kum & Go
  • Jeff Pomeranz, city manager, City of Cedar Rapids

It’s no secret that 2020 flipped the perspective of even the most seasoned and creative leaders. The Green Room conversation will center on how these companies continued to make an impact on their businesses and teams during challenging times. In addition, the panelists will discuss how they adjusted to new situations and how that has changed their businesses both now and in the future.

“We know many businesses made significant pivots in their operations, technology and service delivery in order to adapt during the pandemic and the derecho,” said Jeff Russell, president and CEO of Delta Dental of Iowa. “Those adjustments were essential, but even more important was how organizations stayed connected to employees and customers to keep them engaged and informed. We’re fortunate to have these three high caliber executives join us for this discussion.”
