The Government Programs Vendor Compliance Standards outlines the compliance expectations for GP Vendors that perform delegated services for Delta Dental of Iowa’s Medicare Advantage, Medicaid, and other government‑sponsored dental programs. This document describes GP Vendor responsibilities related to fraud, waste, and abuse (FWA) prevention, compliance program standards, reporting requirements, privacy protections, and oversight.
GP Vendors are required to review and comply with all requirements in the Government Programs Vendor Compliance Standard document and related agreements and regulatory requirements. The Standard document is not all‑inclusive. In the event of a conflict, applicable law and contractual requirements will govern.
