Delta Dental of Iowa Government Programs Fraud, Waste, and Abuse Vendor Policy
This policy applies to Delta Dental of Iowa, its subsidiary and affiliate companies. It also applies to its vendors, contractors, and agents supporting the delivery of services to Government Programs.
The purpose of this policy is to provide detailed information to all applicable vendors about the Federal and State False Claims Acts, Iowa Insurance Fraud Act consequences of non-compliance, whistleblower protections, the role of such laws in preventing and detecting fraud, waste, and abuse in Federal and State healthcare programs, and to establish Delta Dental of Iowa’s commitment to practices that do not violate Federal and State False Claims related laws.
