Plan Changes in 2017

Delta Dental has made modifications to our Employee Choice plans for 2017 to clarify language within the benefit certificate and comply with the Affordable Care Act (ACA). Once your open enrollment period is complete, Delta Dental will mail your employees a letter notifying them of the changes to their plans.

Plus Plans - includes ACA pediatric dental benefit 

• Platinum Plus Plan (2017 benefit and certificate changes)  
• Preferred Plus Plan (2017 certificate changes) 
• Preventive Plus Plan (2017 certificate changes)

Prime Plans - ACA pediatric dental benefit not included 

• Platinum Prime Plan (2017 benefit and certificate changes)
• Preferred Prime Plan (2017 certificate changes)
• Preventive Prime Plan (no certificate changes)

Please note, employees with Preventive Prime plans will not receive any communications since there are no plan changes to their plans.
