Delta Dental of Iowa Announces Innovative Partnership with ARAG to Offer Legal Insurance for Small and Midsize Businesses
Delta Dental of Iowa announces the launch of a new partnership with ARAG to offer legal insurance and identity theft protection to its customers with less than 250 employees. This new alliance offers small and midsize employers a competitive advantage in the recruitment and retention of workforce talent. ARAG legal insurance provides employees access to a national network of attorneys with most covered matters paid in full.
Smaller employers compete with larger companies for workforce talent, making it more difficult in the current environment with Iowa’s unemployment rate at 3.8%. In addition to dental and vision plans from Delta Dental, this new offering from Delta Dental and ARAG helps small and midsize employers provide a competitive benefits package to attract and retain talent and provides them with one common enrollment and billing process.

Like other types of insurance coverage, monthly premium payments provide access to legal resources in the member’s area based on their legal needs.
Delta Dental small and midsize customers may add the ARAG plan with a range of 100% employer paid to 100% employee paid and anything in between.
