Here’s how to make frozen banana ice cream in three delicious flavors:

COCONUT-CHIP BANANA ICE CREAM

COCONUT-CHIP BANANA ICE CREAM

Ingredients

  • 2 ripe bananas in frozen chunks
  • ¼ cup unsweetened coconut flakes
  • ¼ cup mini dark chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Add bananas to a food processor.
  2. Blend until smooth for about 3 minutes.
  3. Scrape the blended bananas into a bowl and stir in the coconut flakes and chocolate chips.
  4. Enjoy immediately as soft serve or freeze for at least one hour for a firmer ice cream.

STRAWBERRY-NANA ICE CREAM

Ingredients

  • 2 ripe bananas in frozen chunks
  • 1 cup frozen strawberries

Instructions

  1. Add bananas and ¾ cup of the frozen strawberries to a food processor.
  2. Blend until smooth for about 3 minutes.
  3. Add the remaining ¼ cup frozen strawberries and blend until chunky.
  4. Enjoy immediately as soft serve or freeze for at least one hour for a firmer ice cream.

  • ¼ cup raisins
  • 2 tsp ground cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Add bananas to a food processor.
  2. Blend until smooth for about 3 minutes.
  3. Scrape the blended bananas into a bowl and stir in the raisins and ground cinnamon.
  4. Enjoy immediately as soft serve or freeze for at least one hour for a firmer ice cream.
