Ice-cold desserts always taste better during the summer months, but most varieties found in the supermarket are packed with added sugar. Do your smile a favor and make your own homemade healthy popsicles.

Fruit-Infused Water Pops

     •    Sliced fruit (add your favorites)
             o Kiwi
             o Mango
             o Strawberry
             o Peach

     •    Water


  1.  Place your favorite fruit combos into popsicle molds
  2.  Add water to fill the molds
  3.  Freeze for at least 4 hours
  4.  Enjoy the icy treat

Strawberry Smoothie Pops


     •   2 cups frozen strawberries
     •   1 cup coconut milk
     •   2 tbsp honey


  1. Blend all ingredients together in a blender
  2. Pour mixture into popsicle molds
  3. Place in freezer and let sit for at least 4 hours
  4. Enjoy the frosty goodness

Berry Stripe Pops

   •   Frozen mixed berries, sorted by type
   •   Water


  1. Sort berries and blend each variety individually
  2. Rinse the blender between each use
  3. Place each berry mixture into a separate glass
  4. Pour each mixture into your popsicle mold one at a time, creating striped layers
  5. Enjoy this tasty treat to cool off on a hot day!
