Fill ‘Em Up!

Costume? Check. Halloween Bag? Check. Filling Dinner? Check… hopefully.
If your child has visions of tootsie rolls in his or her eyes, a filling meal before trick-or-treating can prevent a candy free-for-all when you get home. Even better, take some healthy snacks on your trick-or-treat route to keep them full all night long. When full, one or two treats should be enough to satisfy your child's sweet tooth, but not so much that it damages their teeth!
And as always, make sure your child has a good brush and floss before hitting the hay to dream of candy!
