There are a number of free resources available to Iowa dentists and their office staff that support mental health and overall well-being. Learn more:
Iowa Dental Advocacy for Professional & Personal Thriving (IADAPT): Iowa’s first statewide dental provider mental health program, to strengthen workforce well-being and resilience. IADAPT provides Iowa dentists with free, confidential services that integrates executive coaching and therapy. Each Iowa dentist can receive up to three, free therapy/coaching sessions every 12 months.
Make It OK: A community campaign to reduce stigma in Iowa by starting conversations and increasing understanding about mental illness. Learn more about becoming a Make It OK workplace ambassador and their tools for your office.
MindSpring: Provides no-cost mental health education, support, and advocacy programs. All of Mindspring’s programs feature evidence-based curriculum and are available to all community members.
