I get an error when I try to log into my Delta Dental Member Connection account.

• Try to exit out of your current browser and then open the browser again. 
• If you have forgotten your password, click on “forgot password” link from the log in box to reset your password.
• If you have forgotten your username, click on “forgot username” link from the log in box to receive an email with your username.
• If you do not remember your username and password, please contact Delta Dental’s customer service team at 1-800-544-0718.
