Giving Your Employees Options
For employers with 20 or more eligible employees that want to provide employees with a dental plan but do not want to contribute to the premium, Delta Dental offers a Dual Option Plan. Employees choose from a high or low plan. Monthly premiums are deducted via payroll through the employer.
Employees choose the plan with coverage that best fits their needs:
- Low Plan — $1,000 Annual Benefit Maximum
- High Plan — $2,000 Annual Benefit Maximum and $1,500 orthodontia lifetime maximum
All plans are based on the Delta Dental PPO Plus Premier℠ network. Employees have their choice of provider, but will have lower out-of-pocket expenses and better benefits when they see a Delta Dental PPO™ dentist.
