For employers that want to provide employees with a dental plan but do not want to contribute to the premium, Delta Dental offers the Employee Choice Plan. Employees choose from six standard plans. Monthly premiums are deducted via payroll through the employer.

Employees choose their plan in three easy steps:

1. Employees pick who to cover.
2. Employees choose a plan with (Plus) or without (Prime) the Affordable Care Act (ACA) pediatric dental essential health benefit.
3. Employees choose from three plans - Platinum, Preferred or Preventive.

All plans are based on the Delta Dental PPO Plus Premier^SM network. Employees have their choice of provider, but will have lower out-of-pocket expenses and better benefits when they see a Delta Dental PPO^SM dentist.
